Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup warm water
Preparation:
Combine dry ingredients into a bread machine or upright mixer with dough hook. Add water then oil and knead for 3 to 5 minutes. If kneading by hand, ten minutes usually works well depending on the humidity in your home (and the strength in your arms) ~wink~
Spread dough into oiled pizza pan or large, flat cookie sheet. Add sauce, toppings and cheese and bake in a 400 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes.
If you’ve never made homemade pizza dough you simply have to try it! It is incredibly good. Just ask my son’s wrestling team!
