Ingredients:
1 (11 ounce) French baguette, cubed
8 ounce cooked ham, diced
2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
6 large eggs
2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Preparation:Spray a 9×13 glass baking dish with cooking spray.Spread half of bread cubes on bottom of dish. Layer ham and cheese over. Spread remaining half of bread cubes over top.In mixing bowl whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt, pepper and cayenne. Pour egg mixture over. Cover and refrigerate overnight.Preheat oven to 325.Remove cover and bake 45-55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.8 servings/ approximately $1.15 per serving
