Elly has wanted a cell phone for a very long time.

I’m thinking… no.  Twelve year olds don’t NEED a cell phone. Heck, I waited until I was in my 30′s!

But I did get her a mobile phone which she and Miss Emma tested during Emma’s visit last week.
