I really wanted to encourage him to think of others. Trust me, I would have preferred he said "Hey mom...Merry Christmas. I just folded all the white clothes for you. Oh. And I won't be moody for 24 hours." Instead he gives me a creature who doesn't know the appropriate place to pee and poop. We are going to get the tree this weekend - I can't WAIT!!! I still make the teenagers come along and for a moment they act like they don't want to but then their faces get all lit up and I can tell they still LOVE to cut down the tree. The dog is adorable I must say. I always say no because we can't have dogs with my business but when we got guinea pigs I am the biggest marshmellow in the house. I am always buying the dumb things treats and calling them my grandpigs. I can totally see getting suckered into the dog thing (shhh don't tell my kids...)
